Staying a healthy weight is really important to me. However, it is also hard. So I look for cute ways, and Little-related ways, to make maintaining a healthy weight and body easier and more fun for me.
A cute scale with a positive message does that… going for bike rides in a really cute bike or for scooter rides in my kick scooter does that too. Same as jumping rope with a really colorful rope, or using a swing set as the one I plan to get soon. Food is my real problem. I have no self control with sweets. So I try to eat small portions in cute plates or veggies also in cute dishes. It helps a lot! 🌈
