I dunno, weird mental health exercise meme thingy? I had this idea rolling around for a few weeks and I had to get it out of my system. I think I’ll do one every few months. Curious as to how it’ll evolve. Anyway feel free to make your own, this was very therapeutic!
Btw I’m not necessarily looking for advice regarding some of the things that are currently on my mind a lot. This was just fun to do. My mental health currently is the best it has been in quite a long time! I’m really happy overall.
