Hello everyone! There’s a new blog category starting today. I’ll keep this short and sweet.
This category will be simply to track my bike rides, water intake, calorie counting, and weight. I understand that the latter two can be triggering for people with eating disorders, so it will ALWAYS be under the cut, and there will always be a warning. Only my bike ride will appear before the cut.
I’m super sorry if my posting a daily post like this upsets anyone. 🙇♀️ If you need to unfollow I’ll completely understand. I need to do this for myself, though, it’s important, so I’m going to do it.
