It’s hard to force yourself when your motivation is gone. But, I have to do it for myself. Today, I wrote my food before I ate it –I planned my meals, snacks, and exercise, rather than just see how it would go or what I could accomplish depending on how I felt –because I just wasn’t feeling it.
(Even this, was actually written at 1:00am, before any of it happened, and you see I didn’t edit it (mostly) –so, it mostly worked. Could have been better but certainly better than recent days.) 😅
I’ll be logging 386 calories burned, but this is likely a low estimate. On the way to Target (which logged as 86 calories) I used my kick scooter, far more strenuous to do than a simple walk. I did select “scooter” on MapMyRide, so I don’t know. Anyway, to my body it doesn’t matter, I suppose. It knows exactly how much it burned. Lol.
Already, I did better today. I’m focused again. Tomorrow I intend to do even better!
