Fitness Log For 5/16 ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™‚๏ธ

I’ve been having a lot of trouble getting back to my old fitness logs, but I don’t want to fall off the wagon, so I’ve decided to make a “lite” version of my logs, concentrating on tracking my weight, calories burned, and water intake. I think if I make these last two things my focus, I’ll still get in shape without so much stress about what I eat (which I tend to be more careful with when I exercise anyway.)

I’ll be doing it this way for now, and possibly find a middle ground where I simply track all the food I eat (to remain aware of my choices) but not so much the calories.
