I think my calorie count the last couple of days has been rather concerningly low, but, mostly it’s that I’m exercising a lot. I promise to anyone reading this, I am not feeling hungry or weak. I’ve had a few quite active days where I just was not thinking about eating. I feel very energetic, I’m looking after myself, so please don’t worry, ok? When I am hungry I eat. I’ve actually been a bit baffled and double checking all my numbers because I think I should feel hungrier. But I just don’t, right now. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ
