Fitness Log For 3/13 ๐Ÿฅฉ

This is a post-dated entry, so while it will seem on time, it is late. I’m catching up on a few days of posts and my calorie counts are not accurate. Still, I want to make sure all days are tracked to whatever degree is possible. I did my best as the latter part of the week was extremely busy and stressful.

Fitness Log For 3/12 ๐Ÿงผ

Over the past two days I’ve done a ridiculous amount of cleaning (dusting, cleaning the porch, vacuuming the upstairs three times and deep-cleaning the rugs and stairs, cleaning three bathrooms, mopping all the hardwood floors… it goes on and on) and I expect that I burned more calories this way than bike riding or walking do. However, since it’s not easy to track that very accurately, I didn’t. But I did want to make a note that I burned a fairly significant amount of calories.

It’s very possible I overestimated today’s calorie count. We celebrated Christopher’s birthday and ate a lot of snacks I didn’t have calories readily available for, so when looking online, I went for whatever was the higher amount.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The first map cannot possibly show the correct calories. I completely forgot to end the ride when I got to Walmart. 225 burned calories is a more accurate estimate when looking at a previous ride, so I’m making the total 311 rather than the amount shown above.
