Fitness Log For 2/11 ๐Ÿšฒ๐Ÿ“

Hello everyone! There’s a new blog category starting today. I’ll keep this short and sweet.

This category will be simply to track my bike rides, water intake, calorie counting, and weight. I understand that the latter two can be triggering for people with eating disorders, so it will ALWAYS be under the cut, and there will always be a warning. Only my bike ride will appear before the cut.

I’m super sorry if my posting a daily post like this upsets anyone. ๐Ÿ™‡โ€โ™€๏ธ If you need to unfollow I’ll completely understand. I need to do this for myself, though, it’s important, so I’m going to do it.

Working On Myself ๐ŸŽ

Ok so Iโ€™m gonna put a big โ— CONTENT WARNING โ— here since I know that the topic of eating/body image is a huge trigger for some people so please do not read the rest of this post if you have body image issues / eating disorders / related triggers. Especially because I include some negative talk about myself and Iโ€™m fine with that but I donโ€™t want anyone else to feel bad.

Iโ€™ve been avoiding this topic on my blog, even though itโ€™s in my mind so much of the time and it really just tortures me, because I worry about upsetting friends. I wonโ€™t talk about this often, but please let me have this post. Don’t click read more if this topic will upset you. Iโ€™d hate to lose followers for something I gave fair warning on.

Weigh-Ins ๐Ÿ’•โœจ

Gosh I love this new scale soooo much! Itโ€™s so cute and I love the positive message on it.

One of my reasons for daily weigh-ins is to remind myself that it fluctuates and that is OKAY. And also because some days I feel bad about my body, I feel fat, I tell myself I must have gained a lot, and then the scale reminds me that itโ€™s my brain messing with me and I really havenโ€™t. That helps me a ton with my mental health.

It came!! I love it so much!

Staying a healthy weight is really important to me. However, it is also hard. So I look for cute ways, and Little-related ways, to make maintaining a healthy weight and body easier and more fun for me.

A cute scale with a positive message does thatโ€ฆ going for bike rides in a really cute bike or for scooter rides in my kick scooter does that too. Same as jumping rope with a really colorful rope, or using a swing set as the one I plan to get soon. Food is my real problem. I have no self control with sweets. So I try to eat small portions in cute plates or veggies also in cute dishes. It helps a lot! ๐ŸŒˆ
